"Not really worth the monthly fee"
I paid for the subscription for a while, but I barely found anything I actually needed. For what they’re charging, it just feels overpriced. Whoever runs this really needs to rethink what they’re offering, because right now it doesn’t feel worth it.

i was just trying to figure out what I’m actually allowed to use the designs for, but the licensing info made it even more confusing. It feels scattered around and not explained in plain language. I don’t want to buy something and then be worried I’m using it the wrong way. Frustrating.

"Support literally never helped me"
I waited for days to hear back, and when they finally responded, it felt like they were just sending copy-paste replies. Literally nothing they said actually helped fix the issue.

I’ve used the Silhouette Design Store a few times now, and it’s been really useful. The files usually show up quickly, and I haven’t had any issues with missing downloads. One took a little longer than the others, but after I refreshed, it came through fine. Overall, I’m happy with it. Not perfect, but it does what I need.

I kept trying to get into my library, but it just never worked. After a few attempts, I started noticing the same pattern each time: I’d go to access it, expect it to load, and then hit the same dead end. Frustrating

"Found what I needed without much hassle"
I was searching for a couple specific designs and the search actually worked well. The filters made it easier to narrow things down, even though a few results still seemed kind of random. It was better than... well, I’ve definitely used messier sites. Overall, simple to use, and I found some good files without scrolling forever. I just wish the categories were a bit more organized.

"Credits worked fine, but the expiry info was a bit confusing"
I’ve been using the store credits for designs and overall it’s been smooth. The balance updates after checkout, which is nice because I can actually see what I have left right away. The only thing I found a little confusing was where to find the expiry details. Maybe it’s just me, but I had to click around more than expected to figure it out. Other than that, it worked fine.

"Checkout was honestly a mess"
Umm, I tried to buy a file and the checkout kept freezing right after PayPal. It charged me once, but the cart still showed as unpaid, which was really frustrating. I also had a hard time finding the support link. I don’t think I’ll be using it again.

"Just feels way too slow"
The designs are decent, but my gut feeling is the site still needs a lot of work. Pages were taking forever to load for me, and searching around or trying to check out got frustrating. I had to refresh twice, which made the whole experience feel more annoying than it should’ve been.

"The designs are nice, but..."
The designs are nice, but the website itself is just annoying to deal with. Like every time I try to search for something, it feels messy and gives me a bunch of random stuff that barely matches what I typed.

The pages also load slow for me, and the filters don’t really help much either. I ended up clicking all over the place just to find one simple file, which is basically how every website feels now. It works in the end, but it could definitely be way easier.

"Cute designs, but maybe not worth the price"
Some of the designs are definitely cute, I’ll give them that, but a lot of them felt basic for what I paid. I just kind of expected more useful options or something that felt a bit more special. Overall, not terrible, but I’m not totally sure the price makes sense

"Payment went through, but the process felt uncertain"
I paid on Silhouette Design Store and the order did go through, so that part was fine. But the payment page was kind of slow, and I didn’t get the confirmation right away, which made me nervous for a bit. I also felt like the answers I got weren’t very consistent, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. The confirmation eventually showed up and everything worked out, but the whole thing could definitely feel more reliable.

Bought a design by mistake and reached out for a refund quickly. Took a while to hear back, and the replies felt copy-pasted, like nobody was really looking at what happened.

Ended up not getting the refund I thought I should have, and just felt brushed off. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but this was frustrating enough that I probably won’t buy from silhouettedesignstore.com again...

"Looked cheaper at first"
I thought I was getting a better deal, but once I got closer to checkout, a few extra costs suddenly appeared. Let’s just say it wasn’t quite the price I had in mind.

"I was hoping for more variety"
I felt a little let down by the design options on silhouettedesignstore.com. There are tons of designs, but after a while so many of them started to feel the same, and a lot just didn’t match the style I was looking for. I found myself scrolling and scrolling, getting kind of frustrated, just to find something that would actually work. It’s fine if you only need basic designs, but I really expected to find more unique options

I tried updating my account info and it just kept failing for no clear reason. I reached out to support, but they were slow getting back to me and didn’t help much when they finally did. Super frustrating Experience.

I really wanted the Studio integration to just work, but the sync barely functions for me. Maybe it's having a bad day every day, who knows. Either way, it's been flaky and not exactly confidence-inspiring.

"A few files were fine, one was a hassle"
I downloaded a couple of the designs and most of them opened in Silhouette Studio with no problem. One of the SVGs was kinda annoying though and I had to mess with it to get it working right. Not a huge deal, but I do wish it was a little more clear what files would work before I bought them.

"Designs actually looked a bit cheap"
I wasn’t really impressed, actually. The designs looked kind of cheap to me and just didn’t feel like good quality overall.
